Thanks to mtu microgrids, local energy networks in which intelligent control connects several different energy sources and storage facilities, a significant reduction in CO2 emissions comes into play in addition to the secure energy supply.

New propulsion systems with hydrogen.

Hydrogen will undoubtedly be one of the most important sustainable alternatives in the future. mtu has already taken precautions and designed the gas engines for power generation and cogeneration "H2-ready". These can be converted to hydrogen operation at a later date. In terms of environmental friendliness, these are already a solution for the future.
